ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

• Medically stable with discharge orders

• Physician care plan in place

• Home health / infusion services arranged

IDEAL FOR PATIENTS WHO:

• Require IV therapy (via home health / infusion providers)

• Need short-term recovery (2–8 weeks)

• Cannot safely discharge home alone

• Require wound care, medication monitoring, or follow-up care
